Our Process

 The process begins with the potential client filling out an email questionnaire, providing essential details about their renovation needs. This step helps us identify how best we can assist you. We then schedule a follow-up introduction call to discuss the project in more detail. 

 During the introduction call, we spend around 30 minutes discussing our business and your specific requirements, desired quality, and budget. This discussion helps us gauge the project's scope and feasibility. At the end of this call if we both feel that we are a suitable fit for your project we then arrange an on-site project consultation. 

 During this stage we meet with you on site and review the details discussed in our initial introduction call. We take the time to view your project personally, listen to your desires, measure up your works and discuss potential ideas and solutions. 

 After the project consultation, we prepare a detailed project proposal, which includes the scope of work, project details, selections, terms and price. This comprehensive document helps the you understand your project in detail. We email the proposal to you for review and follow up with a call to discuss it and address any questions. For larger projects, we may conduct a second site visit to review our proposal in person 

 When you are ready to proceed, we draft and send contracts ensuring all fixtures, fittings, and finishes discussed and included in our project proposal have been documented in detail. We then communicate a detailed works program which our team manages through the entire project, from material supply to supervision, ensuring smooth execution. Weekly updates with progress photos and formal reports keep the client informed throughout the project. 

 As the project nears completion, we perform a thorough clean-up of the worksite and conduct a handover meeting with the client. We take the time to inspect the works with you to ensure your satisfied with the results. Our goal is to deliver a beautifully renovated space that transforms your space, exceeeds expectations and enhances your home.
